Terms

Terms of Use

Elvora is a learning app for children aged five and up. It follows the Cambridge Primary curriculum in English, Maths and Science, and it's built so a young child can work through a lesson on their own, at home.

These terms cover your subscription. By creating an account, you're agreeing to them.

Your account

An account belongs to an adult — a parent or guardian of the child who'll use it. Keep your password to yourself, since anything done under your account is treated as yours.

You can add a profile for each child. A profile is just a label, so the app knows whose progress to show you.

Paying for it

Elvora is a subscription. You'll see the price at checkout before you pay. PayOS handles payments in Vietnamese đồng and Polar handles everything else, so your card details stay with them rather than with us.

Polar subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. PayOS subscriptions run for the period you paid for and then stop, so the next payment is always your decision.

Cancel whenever you like. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your access running until the period you've paid for runs out.

What you get

We add new activities over time, and what you get is whatever is in the app on the day you open it. We'd rather tell you what's there now than promise a release date we might miss.

Fair use

A subscription covers one household. The activities, audio, artwork and software stay ours, and your subscription is a licence to use them — so keep your login at home and the content inside the app.

Uptime

We aim to keep Elvora running around the clock. Occasionally we'll take it down for maintenance, and features will change as the app improves.

Closing an account

Write to us and we'll close your account. We can also close an account that breaks these terms, and in that case the remaining period isn't refunded.

Cambridge

Cambridge Assessment International Education publishes the Cambridge Primary curriculum framework, and we build our activities to follow it. We work independently of them, and qualifications are awarded by schools and examination boards.

Liability

Some liability can't be limited by law, and nothing here tries to. Beyond that, our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll email you before it takes effect.

Contact

Write to support@elvora.school and a person will answer.
